How we quote

Every engagement starts with a complimentary 20-minute qualification call. Fixed fees apply to workshops and clarity sessions. Structure reviews and policy packs are quoted after discovery because team size, site count, and document gaps vary widely.

Indicative fees

Organisational structure review

From AUD 4,800

Includes discovery, interviews, draft chart and role summaries, one revision round. Businesses above 50 staff or with more than three sites receive a written quote. Regional travel outside Perth metro billed at AUD 180 per hour driving time plus accommodation if required.

HR policy and compliance advisory

From AUD 3,200

Scoped by number of policies to draft or rewrite and whether award classification notes are required. Partial handbook refresh (three to five policies) often lands between AUD 3,200 and AUD 5,500.

Workforce planning workshop

AUD 2,400 per half-day

Up to eight participants. Additional participants AUD 120 each. Second session within 30 days discounted 15% if booked with the first.

Leadership role clarity session

AUD 1,850

2.5 hours facilitation plus summary memo. Evening sessions available for AUD 2,050.

Ongoing support

Some clients request quarterly policy check-ins or ad-hoc phone advice. Retainers start at AUD 650 per month for up to two hours advisory time, unused hours do not roll forward.

Payment

Invoices issued at engagement start for workshops; structure and policy projects typically 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Payment by bank transfer within 14 days. Pricing on this page is informational; a written quote governs each engagement.

What affects your quote

Number of sites, shift patterns, union or enterprise agreement context, languages spoken on the floor, pending restructure, and quality of existing records. We will tell you if a matter needs legal counsel rather than consulting scope.
